Joe Biden announces nominees for ambassadors to Israel and Mexico

US President Joe Biden has introduced his candidates for the US Embassy in Israel and Mexico and the Everlasting Consultant of the USA to NATO.


In a written assertion, Biden nominated businessman Thomas Nides for the US Embassy in Israel.

Ken Salazar, former Secretary of the Inside, was nominated for the submit of US Ambassador to Mexico Metropolis, and Julianne Smith, Senior Assistant to the State Division, was nominated for the submit of Everlasting Consultant to NATO.

Biden additionally introduced the nominations for the US Embassy in Gambia, Guinea, Sri Lanka, Paraguay and Costa Rica.

The names in query should be authorized by the Senate so as to be appointed as ambassadors.
