Peel the tomatoes and cut them into cubes. Roast the paste red peppers and peel them off. Remove the stalks of the cayenne peppers and chop finely. Heat the olive oil in a pot and add the peppers. Fry for a few minutes. Add red pepper powder and mix. Add the tomato, red pepper paste and salt. Peel and mince the garlic and add it to the pan. Add the sugar cubes and mix by mashing slightly. Cook until the tomatoes are drained and thickened. Mash it with a blender and puree. Fill the jars with hot sauce and close the lid tightly.
