Ginger carrot soup has a wonderful detox effect; cleans your body from the inside. You can make this soup, which is very economical and easy to prepare, when you experience abdominal bloating.

Materials,

1 carrot

1 green zucchini

1 onion

2-3 cloves of garlic

1 teaspoon of fresh ginger (if not available it would be powder)

Black pepper

Cumin

1 liter of water

Preparation of,

Put all the ingredients in the pot and boil until the vegetables are soft. Pull it in the food processor and get a smooth consistency. Drink until you’re full.
