German arms company Rheinmetall can deliver close to 50 Leopard 1 tanks to Ukraine


Whereas Russia’s assaults on Ukraine proceed, Rheinmetall, one of many German-based protection trade firms, introduced that they are going to be ready to deliver almost 50 Leopard 1 tanks to Ukraine inside 3 months, if the federal government offers permission.

Rheinmetall Normal Supervisor Armin Papperger acknowledged that the First Leopard 1 can be delivered to Ukraine inside 6 weeks if the federal government permits, and that they are going to be ready to prepare Ukrainian troopers inside a number of days after the Leopard 1 tanks are delivered to the Ukrainian Armed Forces.

Papperger acknowledged that the supply of the tanks to Ukraine can be made by way of the Rheinmetall Italia subsidiary.

“This isn’t the time to make excuses”

The German media claimed that politicians from the Social Democratic Get together (SPD), the Greens and the Free Democratic Get together (FDP), which shaped the coalition authorities in Germany, have been open to the attainable supply of Leopard tanks.
