After the retirement resolution of 83-year-old Supreme Court Judge Stephen Breyer in the USA, US President Joe Biden nominated the black Ketanji Brown Jackson to switch Breyer final February.

The 51-year-old Jackson was permitted to take workplace in the US Senate final April, with the assist of 3 Republican Senators, with 47 votes to 53.
