When Mkrtchyan needed to proceed his criticisms Speaker of the Meeting Alen Simonyan turned off Mkrtchyan’s microphone, revoked his proper to vote on the assembly and requested him to depart the meeting.

After Mkrtchyan denied it ‘Armenia’ and ‘I Have Honor’ deputies of the teams tried to forestall the safety forces from interfering with him by surrounding Mkrtchyan.
On the identical time, tensions in the parliament rose significantly.
