Fig sleep
Materials:
400 ml milk
100 g dried figs
2 tablespoons of granulated sugar
Half a walnut
Finely ground Pistachio
Preparation of:
Chop the figs. Boil the milk with sugar, then, when heated, add the figs and mash them with a blender until they are like pudding. Pour it into bowls and cover with thick cloth and cling film, and leave it on for 4 hours. After fermenting, put it in the fridge and let it stand there for 2 hours. You can sprinkle walnuts and pistachios on it and serve.
