EU Excessive Consultant for Overseas Relations and Safety Coverage Josep Borrell made an announcement on Russia’s attacks in Ukraine.
Borrell, “Ukraine has been hit by Russia’s most intense missile attacks in current weeks. The EU condemns the indiscriminate and illegal bombardment of civilians and civilian infrastructure by the Russian armed forces.” used the phrase.
He acknowledged that civilians had been shot in Luhansk and Kharkiv
Stating that heavy attacks proceed particularly in the east and south of the nation, Borrell stated that in areas akin to Luhansk and Kharkiv, civilians had been shot and civilian infrastructure was destroyed.
