An eruption occurred at 20:05 native time on Sakurajima Volcano in Kagoshima Prefecture, Japan.
It was acknowledged that volcanic stones fell 2.5 kilometers away with the depth of the explosion, and that there have been no deaths or accidents in the incident.
It was reported that no injury report has but been obtained from the area after the explosion.
Alarm degree elevated to five
Within the assertion made by the Japan Meteorological Company, it was acknowledged that the alarm degree for Sakurajima Volcano was elevated from 3 to the best degree 5, and an evacuation name was made.

51 folks have been evacuated
In response to the information of İHA, 51 folks residing across the volcano have been evacuated for security causes.
First degree 5 alert issued for Sakurajima Volcano
For the primary time, degree 5 alert was issued for Sakurajima Volcano, whereas degree 5 warning was issued for Kuchinoerabujima Volcano on Kuchinoerabu Island in Kagoshima province in 2015.
