Dietary vegetable soup recipe:


I wanted to cook a vegetable soup that would warm my heart and protect my health and form in winter. However, cream and white flour were generally used in the recipes I came across on the internet and this was not suitable for the diet. In the end, I did various experiments and created the perfect recipe for diet vegetable soup.

When dieting, start with soup and wait 5 minutes before going to the main meal; It is one of the successful methods to lose weight. Because there are super vitamins and minerals in a healthy soup, it protects our body and helps us to feel full and eat less in the main meal. Thus, we reduce our daily calorie intake in a very healthy way and start to lose weight.

Now I’m moving on to my diet vegetable soup recipe; I hope you also like this nutritious soup and drink it often. Since the season is winter, I used ingredients such as leeks and broccoli, but you can use whatever you have at home (zucchini, eggplant, cabbage).

Materials,

1 onion

3 cloves of garlic

1 carrot

1 leek

1 stalk of broccoli

1 tablespoon of olive oil

2 tablespoons of hot water

Cumin, black pepper, chili pepper, mint

For his dressage,

1 tablespoon of oat bran or whole wheat flour

1 egg

2 tablespoons of yogurt

1 glass of room temperature water

Preparation of,

Chop all vegetables in equal size, for example in cubes. Take olive oil and 2 tablespoons of hot water in the soup pot, add the onion and garlic and fry. After a few minutes, add the carrots and continue roasting and add the broccoli stems and mix. After a few minutes, add the leeks and stir and fry for 5 minutes over medium heat.

Add a liter of hot water to the pot and mix and continue boiling until all the vegetables are soft. Meanwhile, to prepare the seasoning, mix the provided ingredients well in a bowl. Take a ladle of water from the soup pot and gradually add it to the sauce in the bowl. Then slowly add the yoghurt sauce to the soup pot and mix quickly. Meanwhile, add the parsley.

After boiling the soup for a while over medium heat, add the spices and mix them and boil one more stone on low heat. Divide in bowls and serve.

Tips,

Roasting the vegetables in a mixture of oil and hot water allows you to cook without burning them but with less calories.
