The cat, which was discovered and rescued by firefighter Arthur Morkotenko when he was about to freeze on the entrance of a constructing on January 28 in the capital of Ukraine, Kiev, was adopted by the Kyiv Fire Division.
It was introduced {that a} particular uniform was made for the cat known as Chivas and given the rank of main.

In an announcement concerning the story of Chivas from the Kyiv Fire Division, “Straight away, a loving household earned him the care, the uniform, the identify and even the title of a particular main. Since then Chivas, the ‘storm of rats’, has been residing in his savior’s workplace” it was stated.
