Bomb attack on train carrying 970 passengers in Nigeria

Within the nationwide media, it was acknowledged that the gunmen carried out a bomb attack on the train carrying passengers on the Rigasa train station in the Igabi district of Kaduna province.


Whereas it isn’t recognized whether or not there have been any casualties in the attack, it was reported that there have been roughly 970 passengers on the train.

Alternatively, Kaduna State Inner Safety and Inner Affairs Commissioner Samuel Aruwan acknowledged that 12 individuals had been neutralized in an air operation towards gunmen in the province on 26 March.

Gunmen tried to attack the airport in Kaduna province on March 26.


Bike use has been banned in some states as a consequence of gunmen’s assaults on bikes not too long ago in the nation.

The area is the scene of violent conflicts between the Fulani, who’re busy with animal husbandry, and a few tribes that make a residing from farming.

A curfew was declared in some areas because of the ongoing violence in the state since March 20.
