It was reported that 81 children died due to malnutrition in Nasarawa state of Nigeria, a West African nation.
Nasarawa State Vitamin Coordinator, Hajiya Halima Yusuf, stated in a press release that 5,000 children in the state are dealing with malnutrition, regardless of their efforts in latest years, particularly in the areas of kid vitamin and breastfeeding.
MORE THOUSAND CHILDREN UNDER TREATMENT
Noting that greater than 2,000 children are being handled in completely different hospitals in the area, Yusuf stated that 81 children misplaced their lives due to malnutrition.
Yusuf said that the marketing campaign launched in cooperation with the federal government and the Worldwide Committee of the Pink Cross (ICRC) throughout the scope of combating malnutrition in the nation continues.
