Strawberry ice cream recipe


  • 500 ml. cream
  • 300 grams of strawberries
  • 180 grams of white chocolate
  • 30 grams of milk powder


Cut the white chocolate into small pieces and put it in a glass bowl and melt it in a bain-marie. I cook it in a separate pot, mixing milk powder and cream. After it boils, remove from the heat and add it into the melted white chocolate and mix quickly. Puree the washed and dried strawberries through a food processor. Put the cream mixture and strawberry puree in a pre-cooled glass bowl and whisk well. After about 15 minutes of whisking, cover the mouth of the mixture and leave it in the deep freezer for 10-12 hours.

Avocado ice cream recipe


  • 3 medium ripe avocado
  • 2 tablespoons of honey
  • 200 ml. milk
  • 1/2 cup liquid cream
  • 1/4 fresh lime juice (green lemon)


Cut ripe avocados in half. Separate the shell parts with the help of a spoon and put them in the food processor. Add other ingredients and puree. Put the mixture you obtained in ice cream molds. Cover the top with aluminum foil and thread the ice cream sticks in the middle. You can eat your ice cream after keeping it in the deep freezer for at least 4 hours.

Banana unsweetened ice cream


  • 4 ripe bananas
  • 1 tablespoon of honey
  • 7-8 walnuts


Peel and slice the bananas, put them in a refrigerator bag and leave them in the freezer for at least 4 hours. Leave the frozen bananas at room temperature for 1-2 minutes and pass them through a food processor. When the bananas are creamy, add the honey and mix. If you wish, you can also add powdered cocoa. If you want it to be colder, you can keep the mixture in the freezer for 15 minutes. You can also add walnuts in tiny pieces to your ice cream or use them for decoration.

Black Mulberry Ice Cream Recipe


  • 250 grams of black mulberry
  • 2 tablespoons of powdered sugar
  • 250 grams of yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon of honey
  • 1 grated lime peel
  • Juice of 1 lime


Add the black mulberries and powdered sugar and mash in a food processor. In a separate bowl, mix yogurt, honey, lime water and lime peel. Put one tablespoon of the yoghurt mixture into the ice cream molds you will use and leave the molds in the deep freezer for 15 minutes. Then take the molds out of the freezer and add a tablespoon of black mulberry puree on them, put them back in the freezer and let sit for another 15 minutes. Repeat this process until you run out of ingredients. Finally, press the ice cream sticks gently into the middle and let them cool in the freezer for 2 hours.
